I know The Norgaisse from Terre-Neuve (commune des Gonaives, Departement Artibonite)
Emile Norgaisse had 2 daughters Marthe, l'ainee et Emilie la plus jeune qui devrait etre maintenant a peu pres 74 ans. Emile was a pro-Duvalier who dies in Brooklyn, NY.
Emile's father was Leonidas Norgaisse who lived all his life a Terre-Neuve, Haiti. If you want all the information, you can go to that commune and you will find your roots. Everybody knows everybody.

As a young girl, I used to spend vacation a Terre-Neuve with Emilie who was a little older than me. She was a very pretty outgoing young girl.
