Craig Family ancestry...

Hello everyone again!
I sent this email earlier and it didn't get posted...
I am looking for info on the Craig
family ancestry: I have the name of my great
grand dad: Néresse and of his son: Émanuel
(an Ophthalmologist)who married my grammie:
Anna Williams of part American heritage(her
dad)they had 6 children: Pierre (also a
specialist: pediatrician)and my dad: Ernst
(professor- MA - French Litterature - SMU).
Any info on the background of Néresse would
be appreciated...Craig is a Scottish name but
I was told that an Irishman industrialist came
to the island (Scots were often expatriated to
Northern Ireland due to ongoing Scot-English battles...)
so this would make sense....
Thanks to you all and this forum is wonderful!

Marji C.
