Hello Christina
I was very happy to get a quic answer about my researches. I know a lot about the family Deetjen, about my great-grandfather Raoul who had 3 daughters Emilie (my grandmother), Sagine (and died at 23 )Mathilde, sons ? Jean,I dont remenber their names sometimes they have nic-names (my mother knows, she will be 88,her name Liliane Woolleymarried Max Duthiers) I am interrested to know how did my great-great-frandfther Wilhelm Deetjen married to M. Western ? come to Haiti fron Holland and why. I live in Germany and my sister in law lives in Holland, we visit them very often , it would be interresting to find out where in Holland the Deetjen family came from.If you have more informations let me know. By the way do you know anything about the Woolley (english) and the Duthiers(french) families?I am also reserching about them.
Thank you
Regine
