Baptisimal notes are usually written on birth certificates on the left margins. I just double checked some documents; Baptisimal notes only include the date, town, and signature of Officiating Priest. Haitians Priests may be aware of churches and their locations in Haiti if you can request their help. For example: Ste Anne is in Port-au-Prince, Sacré-Coeur in Turgeau, La Grande & l'Ancienne Cathedrale _ Port-au-Prince, St. Charles- Gonaïves, etc....Good luck. Suze
