I saw this posted this morning, thought you might be interested. I don't have any ideas of where Potter county is but Shelby co is in East Texas. I am a Hargrove by birth but I believe we all descend from Hargraves. My Hargroves were in Limestone co AL and Giles co TN before going to Bell co TX around 1900. Pat in OK
