Hair Family in Barnwell District, SC

My ggggrandfather Jesse Lard/Laird was suppose to have been married to an Unknown Hair in Barnwell County, South Carolina and there abouts. The below Will
list a John H. Hair as a Commissioner or appraiser. Do any of you have any info on a Hair lady marring into the Lard/Laird Family.

State of SC- Barnwell District - Know all men by these presence, that we Jesse Lard, Adam J. Lard, Elijah M. Kerley and wife Margaret
formerly Margaret Lard, John A. Pender and wife Susanna formerly Susanna Lard, G H Sellers and wife Elizabeth formerly Elizabeth Lard,
Heirs and legal representatives of the Estate of William Lard dec’d are held and firmly bound to Squire Ussery (Administrator of said Estate) and to one and other
in the full and just sum of four thousand dollars each good and lawful money recoverable in any court in the state aforesaid. The condition of the above obligation
are su***, Whereas by the mutual and common consent of us all we have this day chosen William Hall, Absolom Ross and John H. Hair commissioners or
appraisers for the purpose of valuing accessing appraising and diverting all the real Estate of said William Lard, each and every parcel or tract of land according to
a recent survey made by Wilson Sanders Surveyor of Barnwell who in a plat of the same has so marked out - divided and subdivided the land as to enable each of
us to choose for ourselves the following parcels or tract to wit - Jesse Lard has taken according to the plat and resurvey (lot Number 1) containing ninety five acres
more or less - Adam J. Lard (lot No. 5) containing ninety seven acres more or less - Elijah McKerley & wife Margaret - (lot No. 2) containing ninety seven acres
more or less - John A. Pender and wife Susanna (lot No. 4) containing ninety seven acres more or less. G. H. Sellers and wife Elizabeth (lot No. 3) containing
ninety seven acres more or less, all of which tract or parcels of land having such boundaries & as to the plat of the whole will more fully show each to pay to the
other whatever advantage he or she may have over him according to the valuation of their parcels or tracts, made by the commissioners aforesaid - And we are
each of us, heirs and representatives of William Lard’s estate aforesaid bind ourselves, our heirs Executors Administrators and assigns now and forever to abide by
and adhere to the valuation acceptant appraisement and division this day made and approbated by each and all of us, that this condition of the bond will be null and
void or else remain in full force and virtue -An* other and further condition of this bond is such, that where as William Lard to who has been assigned (lot No 7)
containing ninety seven acres more or less, and John Lard to whom has also been assigned (lot No. 6) containing ninety seven acres more or less, heirs and legal
representatives of the Estate of the said William Lard are now minors and under the age of twenty one years and therefore incompetent to sanction or approve said
valuation division appraisement and who have a right at a proper age object to, and legally resist such division, valuation, and ascepmect(?) - Now know ye, that
we and each of us bind ourselves our heirs Executors Administrators and assignors that should the said William Lard and John Lard minors aforesaid a proper age
become dissatisfied with the lot (No. 6 & 7) now assigned to them, to pay our proportional amounts should “~“~“‘ “~“~ ~ then this obligation will be null and void
or else to remain in full force with virtue in witness where of we have herein to affixed our hand and seal this the sixth day of March Anno Domini 1840 Signed,
sealed, and delivered in the presence of this 6th March 1840: (Witnesses) William Hall, John H. Hair, Absolem Ross, Joseph Lancaster, & Win. H. Dyches.
Signed with their seals are: Jesse Lard, Elijah McKerley, Margaret McKerley, John Pender, Susannah Pender, G.H. Sellers, Elizabeth Sellers. Joseph Lancaster
personally appeared before me James W. Tarrant a Justice of the Quorum in and for the State who makes oath as the law directs that he was
present and saw Elizabeth Sellars, sign, (by marking her mark) and seal as her act and deed the above obligation and that Win. H. Dyches together with himself
witnessed the same. Sworn before me the 21st March 1840. James W. Tarrant, J.Q. s/ Joseph Lancaster. Recorded the 4th of January 1841.
