My G-G-grand dad is Mathew Long Hain b 16th of Dec 1818 in Westmorland co. in Madison Pa.d the 24th of May 1880 in Albion IL.He married Maria M Miller May the 3rd 1851 in Westmoreland co. Her parents were David Miller & Cathern (Schmacher) both of Germany. Maria was b the 20th of Feb 1832 in Madisom Pa.
Question??? Can any one lead me back to Mathew's parents and brothers or sisters???? He left Pa. around 1873 with his wife and son Francis Marion DeKalb Hain. They all moved to Albion Il.
I was born on may 24 and i know where my name comes from. My dad and uncle Ross died last year and they never knew about Mathew. So as you can see this for the Hain's that live on.
