Yes and no. The information I have is that Thomas Haile married Serena Chestnut, daughter of John Chestnut. I also have that Edward Haile married Mary Chestnut.
I did not have her first name as Esther nor did I have the name of her mother. I haven't checked on whether there was an obituary or newspaper article on the accidental death, perhaps not a student, just visiting.
My great grandmother on my mother's side was Amanda Elizabeth Haile whose mother was Margaret Anne Enora Tennessee Elizabeth June Taylor Haile. Mr. Haile was her second husband. She married in TN ended up in MO, died 10 Jan 1944 in Scott County, MO.
