Mystery of Edith Haigh

In October 2001 I posted a message in regard to Edith Haigh who had died in a fire sometime during the second world war. At the time of the posting I had no idea as to what Edith's married name was.
I have had some success in this area;
EDITH HAIGH married LESLIE LEES in 1938 in Huddersfield. The MYSTERY of her death is still unsolved, with help from the Huddersfield registrar we know that Edith did not die in Huddersfield. There is a possibility that she died in a hospital out of the area and her death is registered in another county. If anyone has any information that can help, have you seen a headstone for an Edith Lees in a West Riding Cemetery (Huddersfield area)or you have her in your family tree, please let me know. I have been trying to find out what happened to Edith for so long.
Thanks, Debbie
