Hi Noirlene!
Bless you--it's possible. The time is about right, and the family DID have a farm in Cherry Ridge, PA (BTW, did you know Cherry Ridge was the subject of the Christmas song "Walking in a Winter Wonderland"?). The only problem I see is the spelling of the last name; I thought it was Haggerty, not Haggarty. But I could be wrong--I'm sure fogged about the spelling of their original surname. Yours isn't a typo, is it?
KAREN
