Rebecca Ellison and James Haggard III

Rebecca Ellison was the second wife of James Haggard III. They married in Jackson Co., GA in the very early 1800s. Does anyone know who her parents were? I am researching Ellison families in Jackson Co., GA. Also, one posting said that Rebecca and James Haggard III had two children. Does anyone know their names?
