I think you got your answer as to the father of Nancy. If you are satisfied that Noah Haggard is her father, I have a lot of information on Noah--well sourced--as well as his father, Henry Haggard, a Rev War soldier whose wife was Dolly (Dorothea) Randolph. Her father was believed to be Henry Randolph of Albemarle Co, VA.
Your Nancy is not listed in what I have as a daughter of Noah, I assume that the information came from his will and not the estate settlement. Keep in mind that wills were copied into will books, and mistakes were made. That is why it is important to get all the information pertaining to an estate, not just the will.
