I am looking for the marriage of an Unknown Sloan / Sloane / Slone (Female) to an Unknown Hageman.
This sister of my Great Grandfather John Sloane b: abt 1850, supposedly in PA, was rumored to be living in or near Ottawa Canada (Could have been across the river in Quebec) when my great grandfather John married Martha J.E. Thomas around 1880. She supposedly was very “Well Off”. She had a daughter named Sarah Hageman. Now, Hagamen might have been Sarah’s husbands name and not her mothers husband’s name ~ we are unsure.
Sarah was rumored to have been in the Zainesville, Ohio area and to have not had any children.
Any information at all on this family…even a clue…would be greatly appreciated!
