John Hadley & Margaret (Morton?)

I am descended from a John Hadley(parents unknown) married to an Margaret (last name unknown) They had a daughter (Elizabeth) who married Henry Dixon & they had a daughter Mary who married William Harrison.& soforth down to me.I can share this info. if wanted. My problem is that in the "new Hadley book project" showing descendents of Simon Hadley it lists a John Hadley who married MARGARET Morton but shows no children. Could this be the John Hadley I'm looking for & is Margaret Morton the wife I'm needed. If so this gives me 2 lines going way back. help please
