Just wanted to say that my Hadfields also had, for the most part anyways, fair hair, and a light beautiful blue eyes. We call them the Hadfield eyes whenever they show up. Not all get them. My grandmother is the Hadfield. She has the blue eyes, but neither of her daughters did. One of my two brothers got them and he passed them to his 3 children. Neither of my children got them. I had no idea that it was definitely a Hadfield trait. The fair hair stopped several generations back in my family. And the fair skin stopped with my mother. The male Hadfields, which there aren't many on my branch, that I have pictures of, have receding hair lines and large foreheads. I hope this is helpful to you. Best of luck.
