Hadfield Hair Colouring!

I have noticed that many of my Hadfield relatives past and present, male and female had/have fair hair and blue eyes. I have also found this to be true of another Hadfield family line, which, as far as I can discover, has no link to mine.
I would be interested in observations from as many Hadfields as possible. (Perhaps we all have Viking origins).
Probably one day we will all be able to trace our family origins through huge DNA banks. I will probably be dead by then, taking my fair hair and bald head to the grave.
