Hi,

This is Faye (Beulah). Last time I saw you was at Lou's in Hemet. Remember? How have
been?

I see you have heard from Barbara. I know her
from when they lived in IN.

I do not have alot of anything on my Haddix family but, would love to have any information that you might come end up with. I will be more than happy to send you what I find if and when I do.

I found Uncle Gordon and Marie's daughter, Elaine, she lives in AZ with her husband,Larry. Marie is now in TN. Billie lives in TX.

Have you seen the message where Bobbie's son found his mother? This is very interesting but, I work full time and do not have very much time to spend on it.

My two sons are now 38 and 42 years old. I have a granddaughter that is 12. Really I have 4 granddaughters. My Samantha has an older sister that her mother had in her first marriage. My husband has 2 granddaughters, Heidi and Olivia, so that makes me 4 girls. I have 3 stepsons and my 2 make me 5 boys. My husband retired from Wright State University last October. He now volunteers for AARP doing taxes for seniors and people that can not afford to pay to have them done.

I can remember the time I spent with my grandmother, Becky, up in the head of Big Branch. She was always good to me and I loved her very much. I can remember the day that they buried Babe. I remember his white hair and beard. He lived upstairs in the log house. I remember the old fireplace in the front room and in the winter time Becky would roast onions and potatoes and parch corn for us. I can see her now making hominy in her big black kettle that she kept right outside the kitchen door. She also had goats and I would go with her to milk the cow. I remember Babe grinding corn for the neighbors and making brooms to sell. He raised his own broom corn.

Hope you mother is doing O.K. How is Joyce and Jerry and Kevin? Is Richard still in CA? Hope everyone else out there is O.K.

Jerre, I would love to stay in contact with you if you don't care. Feel free to email me when ever.

Take care and God Bless,

Faye
