Ellen, I typed out an answer last night but it would not submit so here's trying again. Reconsidering, I feel that Mary born in 1831 would be too young to travel from Scotland to Canada before the early 1840s without her family so it would be unlikely that she would be one of mine. I know that George Hadden remained in Scotland and am almost positive that Alexander Hadden did not go to Canada, they being the fathers of my two Mary's. Also neither of them had a middle name, as far as I know. If you feel that I can help or find that your Haddens are from Kincardine Scotland, please contact me again. Hadden is my line. And we do have some who went to Canada but it was later in the century. Wishing you the best on your search! Helen Miller Notify Administrator about this message?
