Keith, I'll post this in response to both your queries, since the information may help someone else looking into this family. Your ancestor James Arthur HADDEN was born 15 February 1880 in Egmondville, Huron County, Ontario, per that county's birth registrations. He was the son of James Sylvester HADDEN and Isabella MURPHY, and grandson of William HADDEN (born abt. 1799 in the Aughnacloy area of Co. Tyrone, Ireland; died 1879, Egmondville, Huron Co., Ontario) and Mary Rowena WEST (born abt. 1806-1807 Pennsylvania; died 1877 in Huron Co.). 1881 Census - Tuckersmith township, Huron Centre (Huron Co.), Ontario James HADDEN - Irish (all family) - 52- born United States - Woolen Factor - E. You're now in touch with your cousins and fellow researchers Lola Westell, Bobbie (Roberta) Peterson, Bev (Beverly) Ruskowsky and Anita Dodd. I hope we can all continue sharing family data and identify more ancestors! Regards, Annie Notify Administrator about this message?
