Have you seen Rodney Stucker's data at RWWC?
http://worldconnect.genealogy.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi

It looks like he's the original author and several people copied him; maybe not. Anyway, five people have Thomas Chandler and Emma Stucker. Emma goes back at least 6 generations in Mr. Stucker's tree.

He cites "Stucker, Essie, MICHAEL STUCKER OF 1759 AND HIS KINSMEN", which looks like a book you should have.

Kerry Simi has them at GenCircles, too:
http://www.gencircles.com/users/ksimi/2/data/21463

This looks like the family in the census I subscribe to:

Name, Estimated Birth Year, Birthplace, Race, Relation to Head-of-house

Mona, Ford, Illinois

Jefferson Chandler abt 1853 Indiana White Head
Emma Chandler abt 1868 Indiana White Wife
Charley Chandler abt 1887 Illinois White Stepson
Bula Chandler abt 1890 Illinois White Stepdaughter
Jessie Chandler abt 1893 Illinois White Stepdaughter
Delbert Chandler abt 1895 Illinois White Son
Nellie Chandler abt 1897 Illinois White Daughter
Frank Chandler abt 1899 Illinois White Son

Rodney Stucker has her first husband as Jesse C. STEPHENSON, and the first hubby's kids match.

Hope this helps. I'm not related.
