"Requiem High Mass was celebrated by Father Clayton Haberman at funeral services held for his uncle, A.J. Haberman of Lake Wilson, who passed away Saturday, November 18.Father Joseph Mountain gave the sermon at the services held at St. Mary's Catholic church at Lake Wilson.Burial was in the St. Mary's cemetery at Dundee where the late Mrs. Haberman is buried.
Pallbearers were Harold Hook, Lester Meyers, Fred Rietsma, Dr. G.R. Suedkamp, Luther Iverson and Corbin Packard.
Adolph J. Haberman was born January 10, 1884, at Heron Lake, Minnesota to Gottlieb and Anna Haberman.He resided on a farm near Heron Lake with his parents until marriage to Anna Tutsch of Heron Lake in 1909.After their marriage they farmed near Heron Lake for many years.They moved to Lake Wilson in 1938 and bought a restaurant.
Three children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Haberman:Evelyn, who died in infancy, Ray of Minneapolis and Verne of Le Mars, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna, his father and mother, one sister, Nora, three brothers, Herman, Theodore, and Mauritz.
He is survived by his two sons, one brother, Alfred; four sisters, Mrs. Louis Hager, Mrs. Rose Hedrick, Mrs. Eda Mixner of Heron Lake and Mrs. Elsie Peterson of Blue Earth."
