Hello,

I had a great grandfather named Wilhelm Haas(e) who was born in Germany around 1858. He came to America aboard the Bertha on 30 July 1863 as a young boy with his family. They settled in Waukesha, WI. He did travel some as a young man as my grandmother Amanada Hawes was born in Baraboo, WI in 1887. I believe Wilhelm lived his later years in Milwaukee where he is buried. He was married to Fredericka or Reke Flotow. I would cherish a copy of the picture of him if the picture you have is actually him. Please do write back if any of this seems to fit.

Thanks,

Brian Weston
