My GGGGrandfather was Phillip Haag from Germany to Western NY (Buffalo).Phillip's daughter was Christine Haag married Joseph Rohauer. Here's whay I have:

Phillip, age 26 & Mary Haag, age 28, both from Germany are in the 1870 Census in Buffalo, NY with 2 children, Mary age 3 & Christine age 1.
The 1880 census show them still living in Buffalo, NY, with the following children: Mary 13, Christine 10, John 8, George 6, Caroline 4, Michael 1.

Any connection?
