I am a member of The Sons Of The Union Veterans Of The Civil War. The Gen Benjamin Pritchard Camp 20, Dept Of Michigan are in the process of replacing his old military headstone with a new one. He enlisted as a Pvt on 11-Aug-1862 at the age of 28 He served in Co F 19th Mich Inf and tranferred out of Co F 19th Mich Inf on 1-Jan-1865. Transferred into the 56th Co of the Veterans Reserve Corps on 1-Jan-1865 and was discharged from the 56th Co of the Veterans Reserve Corps on 11-Aug-1865 at Louisville,Ky
He is buried in Kendall Cementery,Pine Grove,Tsp Van Buren County,Michigan. Need his date of brith to be engraved on his new stone. Have Photo of old stone
