After searching through Ancesty and Worldconnect for Edgefield,Sc Hills, this is what I have come up with.

There was a Dannite Hill b. Abt. 1735 Edgefild,Sc. married to Martha Foy b. Edgefield, in his will he list his children as Dorcas,William,Lethey and Samuel. I have found info where Samuel Hill b. abt. 1760 Edgefield,Sc, son of Dannite and Martha(Foy) Hill married to Mary Unk, and had adau Named Nancy Hill married to Cornelius Cox. Dannite Hill's will also list his mother as Dorcas(Abney/Mays). William and Dorcas had only one son, Dannite Hill. So I guess my question would be anyone have access to William Hill b. abt 1760 Edgefield,Sc and d. Clarke Co.,Alabama(I believe)or his wife Ann Unk? Looking for some thought on the above speculation!! Barbara
