Thank you so much for replying to me Carleen. I deeply appreciate it. My Sinai was born about 1750 which has led to great difficulty finding any death or cemetary records. I believe she died in Kentucky as that's the last place I have found a record of her. She can be found giving birth in 1783 in Kentucky. Also, it is in Kentucky that my grandfather's maternal ancestors were supplementing the family income through fortunes and charms. I understand they were well patronized. :)

Sinai's surname is Stacy, sometimes spelled Stacey. She was born in Virginia and she married a Coday, also spelled Cody. If you have any information on these names in relation to the Romany culture I would dearly love to "hear" it. If not, I keep searching. I am proud to be of Romany descent and would very much like to be able to document which line it comes in from.

Thanks again,
Pam
