James, 1st, I would like to say that this line of GWIN's are "Not" of my line. I'm just trying to help you past a brick wall. I would like to address the subject of Fannie Stansbury's age. I seen a few posting now, all using the 1900 Sugar Valley, Gordon, Georgia Census as the reference (Aug 1846). I believe that to be incorrect, and that she was closer to "58" years old at that time, possibly born about Aug 1840. That either her daughter-in-law or one of the grandchildren provided the incorrect info to the census enumerator. Viewing the 1880 Census shows she was 38 years old. 1880 Sugar Valley, Gordon, GA; Roll: T9_149; Film: 1254149; Pg: 88.2000; ED: 109; Image: 0180. She might be the daughter of Toliver Robert Bramlett and Lauret Neaves, from Fairview, Greeenville Co., SC. They had a daughter named "Frances A. Bramlett" born abt 1841, SC On the 1860 Census Fairview, Greeenville Co., SC, there is a "J. T. GWIN", age 29, SC (Bapt. Clergyman) living directly next door to the BRAMBLET's Additional Note - 1850 Greenville Co., SC Census shows: Francis BRAMBLETT age 09 (female) had sister, Harriett Bramblett age 12. Did your "Fannie" have a daughter with Campbell Harrison STANSBURY, by the name of Harriett "Hattie" STANSBURY. r/ Michael A. Gwinn gwinnma@aol.com Notify Administrator about this message?
