Hello Jack--I'm John Gwin--good to meet you.

Sarah was born on the 249-acre farm of her parents, Isham and Mary Canterbury Gwin in Crowson's Cove (today's Wear Valley) in Sevier Co., TN. They moved to Indiana just before 1820, where she and her sister, Nancy, met and married two of the Huston brothers, Sarah marrying William and Nancy marrying Squire. This is the information as I have received it; it is not proven yet, to my knowledge.
