G.W. Guynn & Wm. Guynn 1862 in Missouri

I am searching for information on G.W. & Wm Guynn they were in Grainger County, Tennessee and came to Texas County, Missouri.
William was married to Rana Neal

Guynn, William
Neal, Rana
18 Jul 1797
Tennessee
Grainger County

I know they were in Texas County, Missouri Feb. 12, 1862 because they signed a petition in defense of my GGgrandfather James Milton Neal.

Does anyone have any information?
The Guynn families were in the 1860 Texas County, Missouri
census but their names were spelled different, but they were living in the same community of Upton Township as my Neal family. My Neal family is listed as Neel on the census.

I would appreciate any info.
