I am looking for information on Josephus Guthrie. He was born in SC and had moved to Tunnel Hill,Ga by the 1850's and remained there til his death. He was Postmaster in Tunnel Hill(Whitfield Co) in 1855. He was born around 1826 -he gave the age of 34 in the 1860 Census. He was the Quarter Master for Anderson's Brigade through out the Civil War. He also had a brother named William who was 4 years younger. Any help will be appreciated. Steve Moxley
