Your James is the son of James b. 17 Feb 1757 Louisa Co., VA or Amherst Co., Virginia and Jane (June) Candler married 1778 in Bedford Co., Virginia.

James Guthrie Sr. was the brother of my ancestor Henry Guthrie (Guttry) Jr.

They were the sons of Henry and Penelope (Johnson) Guthrie.

I would like to get the data from your line for my database as my current data ends with the children of James and Jane.
