I may be able to shed a little light on this family. I believe Harriet Dodd who married Aberdeen Gustin on the 7th of March 1841, in Ross County, Ohio, Is the daughter of Adam Dodd. I also believe her sister Mary Dodd who married Andrew Williams on the 1st of May 1845 in Ross Co. was her next door neighbor in Northfork, Jasper, Illinois 1850. In the Ancestry 1850 census, her name is recorded as Hernt Eastin. I also believe their older brother Kendell Dodd lived in the same county during this time.
