Ann Gustin (could it also be GAstin??) b abt 1754 md abt 1771 to Simeon Dunn b 28 Jul 1751 Enfield, Hartford, Connecticut, son of William (b1717) and Esther Dunn. Ann and Simeon Dunn had at least two children named Levi b 6 May 1773 and Simeon b 24 Apr 1774. Wm and Esther left CT and went to NJ and then were at Wyoming Valley, PA at the time of the great massacre. According to their dau Sarah who md a James Adams, she was about 12 yrs when the massacre took place and she had two brothers, older who were killed at that time. She escaped with others at that time by going through the woods and swamps back to safety in New Jersey.

I would like to find out who Ann Gustin's parents were. They probably lived in Frankford, Sussex, New Jersey. I believe some of the early records show Gustin men there named Samuel, John and possibly others.

Can anyone give me any info about Gustin families that might tie in. Ann may have had another given name and maybe that's why she has been without family now for 60 yrs or more. Also, do you think her name could have been spelled GASTIN?
Thanks,
Joyce
