Judy, thanks for you concern. I think sometime there is a lag in when things get posted on many boards. Yes, I was excited about that post and looking at all the names. Now, to work on her maternal side. <G> I was surprised to see that my gr. father and gr. mothers families probably knew each other as they seem to be going back and forth between the same parishes. As to the DNA test , for me, it was so exciting from my mothers side of the family, background. She is of English and German extract. As many times in that area, the town of origin was in this country , that and then another. But I can see where the family traveled thru india and into the slavic areas of Europe. It will continuously evolve as more data is collected, so I am excited to watch this ongoing project. There is a show on PBS I think , about the scientist who started the project and you get a copy when you join.
