I too am from that line of family but My great grandparents were Osker and Clara Gusk.
Osker married Clara whos maiden name was Hendricksen.
So there must be more than one Clara?
I will have to research this much farther,
That is cool that your family still owns an original farm.

I do know that at one time though Clara and Osker and their family lived in a Coolie near Blair. My mom took me their last year too see this, and she(my mom) was taken their by her Aunt Ila who I believe was born their. I think now Amish may live there. I would love to go back and see this place again.
There are Gusk's I think who are buried in Blair and also in Whitehall.
