If this is them it gives you Viola's maiden name.
1920 says the same thing; Charlock and 1919.

Everyone is a "Boarder". Susan is B. NY as are her parents, but the enumerator may have just put everyone down that way. She could be Franklin's first wife, or she could be Emmeline under a middle name. If she isn't, she is the real mother and Emmiline is a step mother.
