Nancy, I had just about given up hope on finding someone who might be able to help me! There is another cousin that I am in touch with and we have shared information and thought we knew who we were and then along came another cousin's DNA test and poof, up popped Isham. The entire picture changed. The other cousin and I are among those infamous researchers who thought for years that we descended from the Gunter/Tillotson line. I don't understand much about DNA, but the test looks like it confirms that I (we) are not part of that group. I will be more than happy to share what I have with you. I am only able to prove my line back to George E. After that, things are a blur. How lucky you are to have a family Bible. I am sure you can guess how much I would love to have a copy of that.
