I know someone out there must have information on them. PLEASE HELP! They were married on April 6, 1944 in Aiken, SC. Raymond Gunter is listed as being from Leesville, SC and age 23 at the time. Lillie Mae Smith is listed as being from Batesburg, SC and also 23 at that time. I also have a court document that states that Raymond Gunter died on November 2, 1952. They had quite a few children. I am not sure of all of their names. I know there was an Alton (Ray), Jennie, Debbie, Caroline, and Kenny. I have been told of more but not sure of the names so I will not post them. I know at least some of the children were adopted out after Raymond's death in 1952, but some may have been taken in by other members os the family. I truely would like to trace the bloodline of my biological grandparents.
