Just starting my family tree, and need info on the Gunters of AL or FL. My father was Roy Jackson Gunter (1920-1979), brother of Kenneth Gunter and John Gunter. Their parents were Charles Lourice Gunter Minnie Agnes Stokes Gunter. From either Mobile, AL or Pensacola, FL. Supposedly members of the Creek Nation (he never mentioned Cherokee).
Need any info on this line. Thanks.
