Hi Steve,
Thanks for the Guise information. There is a lot there but am still working my way through the connections.

I am descended from the George WATERS (your list says WALTERS !)who married a Sarah Guise, through their son William Churchill WATERS, my Great Grandfather.
The only other definate piece of onfo that appears incorrect is Mary Churchill WATERS birth details. I have her birth certificate which states she was born on 9th Dec 1854 in Drakes Broughton.

Interestingly Sarah died in 1859 leaving George with 4 young children aged 6,5,4 and 2 years old. George then married a Mary GUISE - this is where I am having trouble identifying the right Mary. Could it have been Sarah's sister, as your notes do not identify Mary's husband. I know that George and Mary had a daughter in July 1860 (Sarah Ann Churchill WATERS)so the dates fit with Sarah's death and that Mary already had a 4 year old child at the time. Do you have any more info on this side?

Look forward to hearing from you if anything elsa arrises.
Regards
Chris
