The October/November 2006 issue of ANTIQUES & FINE ART magazine on p. 16 pictures the sale of two excellent portraits of John and Adeline Guild of Walpole, MA, ca. 1835. These fine portraits should be made known to the Guild family. I am scanning them in case any of their Guild descendants might like a copy, either by email or by postal mail. Someone in the Guild family ought to have them--they are too good to be missed by the family. They may not have extensive genealogy value, but they certainly have a whole lot of family and historic value. My email address can be found by clicking on my underlined name above. Please respond by emailing me directly and not by posting a reply on this genforum site, which I might not see. If they were portraits of a Pease family, I'd certainly want someone to do the same for me. Bill Pease, Lancaster, PA Notify Administrator about this message?
