Hello: I am Michael Goleman.. Mr. Guedry was married to my great aunt Hilda Melancon.. Hilda Melancon was sister to my grandmother who was married to Julius Roberts... Uncle Guedry and Aunt Hilda had two sons.. One was Joe and his wife was Corine.. The other was Everett who we called Boots and his wife was Theresa....

Uncle Guedry was a boilermaker who worked for Sinclair in Texas.. I remember well when they would come to visit us.. They would come to Port Allen and stay a week or two.. My mother Carmen Roberts Goleman use to tell of when Uncle Guedry would take them to carnival or local fair and buy all the kids so much candy they would get sick..
He was a sweet man and his wife was very sweet too.. They were very old when I was a child...

If you want to email me I am at : megpa@cox.net
