Robert,

I'm descended from Thomas G Guice who was born in Morehouse Parish April of 1847. I have yet to find documentation that will verify the parentage of Thomas though I believe it to be Isaac Newton Guice who was in the 1850 Morehouse Parish census with a son named Thomas who was 2 yrs old at that time. Thomas late states his father was born in GA. Thomas Guice served for one of the units out of Union Parish in the Civil War.
I would appreciate anything you might could share that would help me verify Thomas' parents. Thanks!

Debi
