Thanks for putting your notice on the Guffin Genforum
site.
There was a William Weaver Guffin who was raised in
Oklahoma, b. in 1886, and who had two children named
Virgil and Valde. I have a hunch that the picture is
of them. I have a marriage for William Weaver in 1929
but this may have been his second marriage. Do you have
any other clues, including about what time these could
have been made?
