Although not common, the last name Ladrón de Guevara exists in Spain, Central América, Mexico and the United States. However, this is the first time I see it spelled DeLadr'on Guevara. I had ancestors in Nicaragua who had the odd combination Niño and Ladrón de Guevara, i.e. Francisca Venancia Niño Ladrón de Guevara y Salguero. I am a direct descendant of doña Francisca. This classy lady lived in Granada, Nicaragua, nearly 300 years ago.
