Jane Guerin "Irish" Wentworth Ontario Marriage 1878

This Guerin forum has my head spinning.. haha.. so difficult finding anything. I came up with zero from the Canadian Census, and nothing for immigration either.
This is what I do know...

12186-78 (Wentworth Co) James CONWAY, 27, machinist, Ireland, Hamilton s/o Michael and Mary L Conway married Jane GUERIN, 19, Ireland, Hamilton d/o Anthony and Mary L Guerin, witness - Dan McBride and Mary Mahoney of Hamilton, July 1, 1878.

So, I'm asking the experts here.. Is it possible they came to Canada by the USA? Could she be one of those orphans?

Thanks, Confused Guerin Descendant
