LAST WILL & TESTAMENT OF JAS H.GUE, DECD.
I, James H. Gue, of Branchland, R.F.D. Cabell County and the State of West Virginia, made this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me and direct the payment of my just debts.
I give devise and bequeath to my children the amount set forth as follows.
To James Gue ($1.00) one dollar
TO Pollie Lurher ($1.00) one dollar
To Lucy Dial ($1.00) one dollar
To Floyd Gue ($1.00) one dollar
To Will Gue ($25.00) twenty five dollars
To Linzy Gue ($25.00) twenty five dollars
To Richard Gue ($25.00) twenty five dollars
To the heirs of July Gibson ($25.00) twenty five dollars
To Soloman Gue ($50.00) fifty dollars
To Nancy Hatfield ($100.00) one hundred dollars and if there be any thing more than is here mentioned in the above bequests the same shall be divided between all my children share and share alike. My estate of money notes and claimes in the following places of deposit in the care of Linzy Gue the sum of ($550.00) Five Hundred and Fifty Dollars cash. Also some corn and fodder and cattle not yet disposed of worth, about $100.00 one hundred dollars, and last of all. I appoint to serve as my administrrator J.H.Adkins, to serve without bond to execute this my will.
Witness my signature this the 26th day of February, 1920.
