Hi Debbie, Not sure your getting my messages and thought I'd post a message here. Also, don't know what info you have or are interested in. Will tell you, that from the records I found in Lawrence Co., OH court house, non told me that your William Gue was the son of Samuel Gue & Emmazetta Turley, although I knew Samuel had a son by the name of William. It wasn't till I talked your Aunt Ethel (Gue) Volker that she told me he was the son of Samuel Gue and Emmazetta Turley. Also, if you got my info, would appreciate any additions or corrections on descendants of Samuel Gue and Emmazetta Turley, or at least, your William Gue and Delia Hamlin. As for your Emmazetta Turley, info I got from another Gue descendant, Oakley (Lusher) McComas (she was the daughter of Polly (Gue) Lusher...Polly was the daughter to James H. Gue & Mary Frances Turley) tells me that Emma was a big woman...from a picture I have of James H. Gue and Mary Frances Turley, Mary looks like she was also a big woman. Oakley doesn't remember anything about Samuel, but said their house had wooden floors. When Oakley's family would go over to visit, Oakley remembers Emma having her to clean her wooden floors using suet. I love family stories, and although this wasn't much, thought I'd share it with you. Good luck on your research, Billie
