Peggy Ganowsky post to WorldConnect at rootsweb.com sites a reference for a Maureen Cook that Thomas was christened 10 Sept. 1514. There was no source for this data.

I have a copy of "Transcript of the Parish Register of Chesham in county fo Buckingham", First Vol. 1538 - 1636.
You can see that the records do not go back to 1514. However, under burial records "Thomas Grover of Codmore buried January 26, 1579.

I also have a copy of Thomas's will of 1579.

This is as much as I can tell you, but will be happy to answer any other questions, if I have answers.
