Hi Robin,
Let me start with our GGGGrandfather Aaron C. Grover b: 1801, NY. and wife Mary Ann (Davis) Grover b: 1802, Ny.
Aaron and Mary Ann were married about 1825, in New york, and lived in Groveland, Livingston Co., NY. at the time of the 1830 census. After that they were fround in Ohio according to the 1840, 1850, 1860, & 1870 census. They had the following children...
Louisa L. Grover b: Abt 1826/27, NY.
Son Grover, b: Aby 1826 Unknown, NY.
Sylvester Grover b: 1829, NY.
Mary B. Grover b: 1833, NY.
William C. Grover b: 1835, NY. (my line)
George M. Grover b: 1837, OH.
Hannah Grover b: 1839, OH.
Charlotte Grover b: 1842, OH.
Louisa L. Grover married James Osborn Mar. 15, 1845 and had five children named Aaron J. Osborn, Mary J. Osborn, Edgar H. Osborn, Edwin Osborn, and Carrie B. Osborn.I believe the children were born in Ohio.Do not have any information about Louisa other than that. This should give you some help in determining the status of your Louisa L. Grover.
The descendants of Aaron and Mary Ann have a group who are researching the family line and where it goes from Aaron.Aaron was a minister.Let me know what you find.
Joan
